Usage History

The Usage History page shows your total email sends for every calendar month on record — not just the current billing cycle. It's useful for understanding your long-term sending patterns and planning your plan size.

Reading the history

Each row shows a calendar month and the total number of emails sent that month across all tools — GroupPost and RSVP combined. The thin bar behind each row shows that month's volume relative to your highest month, so you can spot busy and quiet periods at a glance.

How this differs from the Usage Stats page

The Usage Stats page shows only the current billing cycle. The History page shows all months on record, including previous cycles. Use it to answer questions like "how many emails did we send in December?" or "what was our busiest month this year?"

Getting back to Usage Stats

Click Usage & Limits in the breadcrumb at the top to return to the main usage dashboard.
