Quorum Settings
Quorum is the minimum participation your governing documents require for a vote to be valid. Set it as a percentage of units or as a fixed number.
Check your CC&Rs or bylaws for the figure that applies to your association — it varies, and using the wrong threshold can make an otherwise valid election challengeable.
How it is measured
Quorum is counted against the number of units that actually received a ballot, recorded at the moment you launch. If some units had no contact assigned and were excluded, they are not counted in the denominator.
This means the quorum figure shown while drafting may change slightly at launch, once the final ballot list is known.
Tip: Quorum cannot be changed after launch. That is deliberate — a threshold that could move mid-election, or after seeing turnout, would not mean much.
