HOA Units

Adding Your Units

Go to Units → Manage Units to define the units in your association.

Bulk paste

Paste one unit per line. If you want to record an address as well, add it after a comma:

  • Lot 1
  • Lot 2, 118 Oak Street

Pasting the same label twice updates the existing unit rather than creating a duplicate, so you can safely paste a corrected list over an earlier one.

CSV import

If your list already exists in a spreadsheet, the import will detect which column holds unit labels and which holds addresses.

Changing a label later

Renaming a unit does not affect elections that have already launched — those keep the label as it was when ballots were sent.
