HOA Units

Adding Your Units

Go to Units and click Add Unit above the unit list.

Bulk paste

Paste one unit per line, one label per line:

Lot 1
Lot 2

Pasting the same label twice updates the existing unit rather than creating a duplicate, so you can safely paste a corrected list over an earlier one.

Adding an address

Addresses aren't part of the bulk-paste box — add one afterward from the unit's own menu, using Edit Address. This is optional and just for your own reference; it has no effect on elections, ballots, or quorum.

Changing a label later

Renaming a unit does not affect elections that have already launched — those keep the label as it was when ballots were sent.

Tip: If you're importing a large roster from a spreadsheet and it already has emails, names, unit numbers, and addresses together, you may not need to paste units here at all — see Importing Contacts with Units and Addresses for a faster way to bring everything in at once.
