GroupPost — Mass Email for Communities
When you need to send an update, announcement, or important message to people who have already opted in, GroupPost helps you do it without campaigns, funnels, or marketing automation.
Messages are composed with a clear editor, reviewed before sending, and delivered reliably to selected contact lists via Amazon SES — with full SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication. Each message is delivered individually to each recipient, so there is no shared list address, no reply-all flooding, and no Promotions-tab routing. Pricing is per message sent, not per contact stored, so your community can grow without triggering a higher tier.

EventRSVP — Online Invitations with Smart Reminders
RSVP Online helps you invite people to events and understand who is coming. It is designed for real-world coordination — dates, locations, responses — without turning events into marketing campaigns.
When you create an event and select the event type, the system automatically generates a reminder schedule appropriate for that kind of event. A wedding gets an early reminder, an RSVP deadline nudge, and a day-before message. A community meeting gets a one-week reminder and a 24-hour reminder with the agenda. A casual gathering gets one reminder the day before. All reminders are editable before they send — the defaults cover most events correctly without manual configuration. No ads are shown to your guests on any plan.

ContactManager — Shared Contact Foundation
ContactManager is the shared foundation for communication across Formtabulous. It lets you store contacts once and organize them into reusable lists that work across GroupPost and RSVP Online.
Contacts can be added manually, imported from a CSV, or collected through public signup links. You can embed signup forms on your website or generate QR codes for flyers and event check-in, allowing people to opt in on their own terms. Every contact added through a signup link goes through email verification before being added to your list.

FormBuilder
FormBuilder lets you create simple forms to collect signups, responses, or additional information. Forms can stand on their own or integrate directly into proposal messages, invitations, and follow-ups sent through GroupPost or RSVP Online. Responses flow back into your contacts and tools automatically.
