EventRSVP
EventRSVP helps you invite people to events and understand who’s coming. It’s designed for real-world coordination — dates, locations, responses — without turning events into marketing campaigns.
Invitations can be sent immediately or scheduled, responses are tracked clearly, and the tool integrates naturally with your existing contact lists.
ContactManager
ContactManager is the shared foundation for communication across Formtabulous. It lets you store contacts once and organize them into reusable lists.
Contacts can be added manually, imported, or collected through public signup links. You can embed signup forms on your website or generate QR codes for flyers and events, allowing people to opt in on their own terms.

FormBuilder
FormBuilder lets you create simple forms to collect signups, responses, or additional information.
Forms can stand on their own or be integrated directly into proposal messages, invitations, and follow-ups sent through GroupPost or EventRSVP. Responses flow back into your contacts and tools automatically.
EmailForwarder
EmailForwarder is an optional utility for organizations that need simple inbound email handling. It allows you to receive email on your own domain and forward it to one or more inboxes you already use.
OrgSettings
OrgSettings is where shared organization-wide settings live. Sender information, footers, identity details, and previews are defined once and applied consistently across all tools.
UsageStats
UsageStats gives you a clear view of how much of the platform you’ve used over time. It’s designed for transparency — helping you understand activity and volume — not for analytics or optimization.
Free tool
In addition to the tools that require an account, we offer a free Email Deliverability Checker. It’s a simple utility to help identify common deliverability issues before you send — such as DNS, SPF, DKIM, or domain configuration problems. No signup is required, and it can be useful whether you’re sending a single message or managing ongoing communication.
