What is Form Builder?

Form Builder lets you create custom forms for collecting information from people — registrations, surveys, contact forms, RSVPs, order forms, and more. Build professional forms in minutes with a drag-and-drop interface, no coding required.

How It Works

  1. Create a Form — Click "Create New" to start with a blank form
  2. Add Fields — Drag field types from the palette onto your canvas
  3. Configure Settings — Set labels, help text, required fields, and validation
  4. Preview & Test — Toggle to Preview mode to see how it looks
  5. Share Your Form — Copy the public URL and share it
  6. Collect Responses — View submissions in the Responses tab

Quick Start: Create Your First Form

  1. Go to Form Builder from your dashboard
  2. Click Create New
  3. Give your form a name (e.g., "Event Registration")
  4. Drag fields from the palette on the left to the canvas
  5. Click each field to customize its label and settings
  6. Click the Preview tab to test your form
  7. Share the form URL with your audience

Text Fields

  • Short Answer — Single-line text input

Choice Fields

  • Multiple Choice — Radio buttons (select one)

Date & Time
