Public Page (About Sender)
The Public Page tab controls your About Sender page — a public profile that helps email recipients learn who you are and why you're contacting them. It builds trust and reduces spam complaints.
Making the page public
Toggle Make About Sender page public to enable the page. When off, the page is not accessible to the public even if you have content saved.
Full Name
The name of the person or role responsible for sending — for example "Communications Secretary" or your personal name. This appears on the public page to put a human face on your emails.
Description
A short description of your organization and why you send emails. Up to 800 characters. The color bar below the field shows how much of the limit you've used — green is comfortable, amber is getting full, red means you're near the limit.
Public URL slug
Your About Sender page lives at formtabulo.us/{your-slug}. Choose something recognizable — your organization abbreviation or name works well. Slugs must be 3–40 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only.
What appears on the page
Your public page shows your organization name, full name, description, and any social media links you've enabled for public display in the Social Media tab. GroupPost messages you've marked as visible also appear there.
