Getting Started with ARC Requests

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) tool lets homeowners submit requests to modify their property — fences, additions, paint colors, and similar changes — and lets your board review and decide on each one.

No setup required

Unlike Violations, ARC does not need any configuration before you can use it. The request form is created automatically the first time a homeowner visits the ARC tool in the member portal — there is nothing for the board to build first.

How a request arrives

Homeowners submit requests through their member portal, including photos or documents as attachments. Each request lands on this dashboard with a status of Pending until the board makes a decision.

Filtering the list

Use the status tabs (All / Pending / Approved / Denied) to focus on what needs attention. Click into any request to review the full submission and make a decision.
