Exporting and Record Keeping
Results can be downloaded as a CSV or a PDF from the download icon on the results page.
The PDF is formatted for printing and filing — useful for meeting minutes, or for handing to a member who asks to see the outcome. The CSV is better if you want to work with the numbers in a spreadsheet.
What is kept
Closed elections are kept permanently and cannot be edited or deleted. That is what makes them usable as a record: an election that could be changed after the fact would not settle anything.
If voting was extended, the results page shows how many times and what the original deadline was. If the ballot was secret, no record links any vote to the unit that cast it — not in the export, and not in the database.
Draft elections
Drafts can be deleted, since nothing has been sent and no votes exist. Once an election launches, it becomes part of the record.
