OrgPlanner

OrgPlanner is your organization's single place to see everything time-based happening across your account — custom events, GroupPost sends and scheduled messages, RSVP events, and Workflow Automation steps, all on one calendar.

Views

Switch between three ways of looking at the same data using the buttons in the top toolbar:

  • Calendar — a traditional month grid. Each day shows up to two events directly; if there are more, a +N badge appears — click it to see the full list for that day in a popover.
  • List — a table of every event in the current month, sorted by date, with a type badge for quick scanning.
  • Upcoming — a scrollable, infinitely-loading timeline starting from today, grouped by month. Use this to plan ahead without navigating month by month.

Event types

Each event type has its own icon and color so you can tell at a glance what you're looking at:

  • Public holidays — shown with a flag icon if enabled in Settings; hover for the full holiday name and country, useful when the name is too long to fit in the cell.
  • Custom events — anything you've added yourself. Click to edit, or click any empty day (today or later) to add a new one.
  • GroupPost sent — an open envelope icon; hover to see which contact list(s) it went to, then click through to the message summary.
  • GroupPost scheduled — a closed envelope icon, same hover behavior as sent messages, for messages queued to go out in the future.
  • RSVP events — shown with a calendar-event icon; click to jump to that event.
  • Workflow Automation steps — shown with a robot icon; hover to see the workflow step's cycle and action, then click through to that run's detail page in Workflow Automation.
Hover over any event with extra detail — GroupPost and Workflow events — for a popover with more context before you click through. The popover stays open as you move your mouse into it, so you have time to read it or click a link inside.

Adding events

Click + Add Event or any empty future day to create a custom event, with optional recurrence (weekly, monthly, or yearly) and an end date.

Settings

Open the gear icon in the toolbar to toggle public holidays on or off and choose a country, jump to a specific month and year, or return to today.

Dashboard summary

A collapsible summary strip at the top of your dashboard shows how many OrgPlanner events are coming up in the next 30 days, with your very next item shown inline. Expand it for a short list, or click Open OrgPlanner → to jump straight into the full tool.
