HOA Dues & Payments

Dues & Payments Overview

This page is your board's financial snapshot — how much has come in, how much is still owed, and anything that needs your attention right now.

The three numbers at the top

  • Collected This Period — how much has actually been paid so far this period, and what percentage that represents of everything assessed.
  • Outstanding — how much is still owed for the current period.
  • Total Active Units — how many units are currently active and eligible to be charged.

Needs Your Attention

This section only appears when something actually needs a look — pending payment claims, units restricted due to repeated payment disputes, an unusually high dispute rate, or a Stripe account issue. If everything is caught up, this section shows a simple confirmation instead of sitting empty.

Collected vs. Outstanding

A month-by-month chart of what's been collected versus what remained outstanding, going back six months. This is the fastest way to see whether collections are trending better or worse over time. Click the download icon in the top right to export the underlying data as a CSV file.

By Charge Type

Shows collected versus assessed separately for each kind of charge — regular dues, special assessments, and so on — so you can see at a glance whether one category is lagging behind the others.

Quick Actions

Shortcuts to the most common things a board does here: creating a special assessment, setting a per-unit dues override, or logging an offline check/cash payment. View All Batches takes you to the full history of every charge your board has ever created.

Tip: This page only shows up once dues collection is fully set up — dues schedule configured and Stripe payment collection connected. If you haven't finished setup yet, you'll see a checklist here instead.
