Activity Dashboard

The dashboard is your home base in Formtabulous. It gives you a live overview of everything happening across your account — emails sent, open rates, contacts, recent activity, and quick access to all your tools.

Writing a Message — Video Walkthrough

Stats bar — top three cards

The three cards across the top summarize your account health at a glance:

  • Emails sent — Total emails sent in your current billing cycle, with the cycle date range shown below. The progress bar shows how much of your monthly allowance you have used.
  • Avg open rate — Average open rate across your last 5 GroupPost messages. The badge (High, Medium, Low) gives you a quick read on deliverability health. Click the info icon to learn what each rating means.
  • Active contacts — Total valid contacts in your account. Shows total, new additions, unsubscribes, and invalid emails detected — so you can spot list health issues at a glance.
Click any stat card to go directly to the detailed view for that metric.

OrgPlanner summary

A thin, collapsible strip at the top of your dashboard shows how many events are coming up in the next 30 days — Bahá'í feasts and holy days (if enabled), custom events, GroupPost sends and scheduled messages, RSVP events, and workflow steps, all in one place. It shows your very next upcoming item inline, and clicking the row expands a short list of what's coming.

  • Click the collapsed row to expand and see the next few upcoming items with their dates
  • Click any item in the expanded list to go directly to it
  • Click Open OrgPlanner → to see the full calendar, list, and upcoming views
This is a summary only — OrgPlanner itself is a full planning and activity hub. If you have not explored it yet, this widget is the fastest way to discover it.

GroupPost panel

Shows your five most recent GroupPost messages with send date, recipient count, delivery status badge, and open rate progress bar. Green bars indicate strong open rates; blue indicates moderate.

  • Click any message row to open its full statistics summary
  • Click + New to start a new GroupPost message
  • Click View All → to see your complete message history

RSVP Tool panel

Shows your most recent RSVP events with status badges — Draft, Sending, Sent, or Scheduled. Click any event to go to its summary page, or click + New to create a new event.

Draft events appear here as a reminder to finish setting them up. Click the row to continue where you left off.

Workflow Automation panel

If your account has an active workflow, a dedicated panel appears on the dashboard showing the status of each current run at a glance. Each row shows the cycle being announced, the next scheduled action, and whether any areas still need to respond. Rows are color-coded by urgency:

  • Yellow warning icon — something needs attention, such as missing area responses or an escalation that has fired
  • Green megaphone icon — an announcement or reminder is about to send
  • Blue hourglass icon — the run is in progress with no immediate action needed

Click any row to go directly to that run's detail page where you can view step history, enter missing information manually, or review submitted data.

This panel only appears when your account has at least one active workflow. Accounts without workflows see a teaser for the feature in the Explore Your Tools section instead.

Account activity

A live feed of recent actions across your account — emails sent, contacts imported, lists created, and more. If you have team members, their actions appear here too with their name and avatar. Timestamps show how long ago each action occurred.

Send calendar

A visual calendar showing which days had sends and how many, including both GroupPost messages and RSVP invitations. Click the info icon in the panel header for a quick reminder of what it does. The color intensity indicates volume:

  • Light blue — 1 send on that day
  • Medium blue — 2 sends
  • Dark blue — 3 or more sends

Click any highlighted day to see exactly which messages or events were sent, with direct links to their summary pages. Use this to spot sending patterns and avoid clustering too many sends on the same day — spreading sends out helps prevent recipient fatigue and tends to improve open rates.

Explore your tools

Quick links to tools you may not use every day:

  • FormBuilder — Create custom forms and embed them in GroupPost emails to collect responses from your audience.
  • EmailForwarder — Set up your own domain email address (e.g. info@yourdomain.org) to use as your sending identity.
  • WorkflowAutomation — Automate recurring announcements end-to-end. This item only appears here if your account does not yet have an active workflow — once you do, the dedicated Workflow Automation panel above takes its place.
