Social Media

The Social Media tab lets you connect your organization's social profiles so they appear automatically in your email footers and on your public About Sender page.

Supported platforms

Formtabulous supports Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Adding a profile

Click any platform to expand it. Paste your full profile URL into the field — for example https://facebook.com/yourpage. The platform icon brightens when a URL is present.

Visibility toggles

Each platform has two toggles:

• Include in footer — Shows the icon in your email footer. Only available when a URL is entered.
• Public page — Shows the icon on your About Sender public page. Only available when a URL is entered.

Both toggles are disabled automatically if you clear the URL for that platform.

Saving

Click Save at the bottom. Successfully saved platforms briefly highlight green. Invalid URLs are marked in red with an inline error.
