HOA Units
Assigning Contacts to Units
A unit needs at least one contact before it can receive a ballot. Go to Units and use the dropdown beside each contact to assign them.
Contacts without a unit
Contacts who have not been assigned appear at the top of the page under "Needs a unit assigned". Working through that list until it is empty is the fastest way to prepare for an election.
Filtering
The tabs above the unit list let you focus on what needs attention:
- No contact — Units that will not receive a ballot
- Multiple — Units with more than one contact, where you may want to check who is designated primary
- Inactive — Units you have retired
