Per-Unit Dues Overrides
Most units pay your standard dues amount. Use an override when a specific unit should pay something different — a larger unit, a different ownership share, or any exception your governing documents allow.
Reading the list
Every active unit is listed, showing either "Using account default" with your standard dues amount, or its own override amount if one has been set.
Setting an override
Click Set Override (or Edit if one already exists) to open a small form: the new amount, an optional reason — for example, "3BR — sq ft allocation" — and the date it should take effect.
Your changes are never lost
Every override you've ever set for a unit is preserved permanently, not overwritten. When you set a new amount, the old one is simply closed out as of the date the new one begins, so you always have a complete record of what a unit was charged and when it changed. Click History next to any unit with an override to see that full record.
