Team Members

Team Members

Team Members lets you invite other people to help manage your account — sending messages, organizing events, and handling day-to-day communication together instead of through a single login.

Who can add team members

Team member seats are available on every paid plan. How many people you can have on the account (including yourself) depends on your plan:

  • Free — Not available; upgrade to add collaborators.
  • Starter — Up to 3 people total (you + 2 invited members).
  • Pro — Up to 3 people total (you + 2 invited members).
  • Team — Up to 5 people total (you + 4 invited members).
Only the account owner (the person who holds the subscription) can invite or remove team members. Invited members can use the account but can't manage who else has access.

Inviting a team member

From the Team page in your account, enter the email address of the person you'd like to invite and send the invitation. They'll receive an email with a link to join your account.

Invitations expire after 24 hours. If someone doesn't accept in time, simply send a new invite to the same address.

Accepting an invitation

Clicking the link in the invitation email opens a page where the invitee confirms their name, agrees to the Terms of Use, and accepts. If the invited email address already has an account with us, their name is filled in automatically and they simply confirm — no new password needed. If it's a brand-new email address, they'll set a password to create their login as part of accepting.

Pending invites

Invitations that haven't been accepted yet appear in a Pending Invites section on the Team page, along with when they were sent. A pending invite still counts toward your plan's member limit until it's accepted or expires.

Removing a team member

The account owner can remove a team member at any time from the Team page. Removing someone frees up a seat immediately. The account owner can't be removed.

What team members can do

Invited team members share full access to the account's tools and data — GroupPost, RSVP, contacts, and everything else — the same as the owner. The one difference is account management: only the owner can invite or remove team members.
