How pricing works for an HOA
Plans are flat monthly prices with no per-unit fee. They differ by how many emails you can send each month, plus two HOA tools that start on Starter. The estimator below turns your community's size into an email count.

Counts toward your monthly emails
- Announcements and newsletters: one per recipient
- Event invitations and RSVP reminders
- Each election: about 3 emails per recipient (ballot, a reminder, results). Recipients are one per unit, or every owner on each unit, depending on how you set up the election
- Dues reminders and payment receipts to each unit's billing contact

- Violation notices and messages with homeowners
- Architectural review decisions
- Member Portal sign-in codes
- Number of units, owners, or contacts you store
Estimate your HOA's monthly emails
Your busiest month is usually the one with an election. Plans are sized to that month.
How this is calculated
- Announcements: units × contacts per unit × announcements.
- Each election: 3 emails (ballot, reminder, results) per recipient: one per unit, or every contact if ballots go to everyone. Counted in full in the busiest month.
- Dues: about 3 emails per unit each billing cycle (upcoming reminder, due-date reminder, receipt), assuming one billing contact per unit and most owners paying on time. Late payers get up to two more reminders.
- Event invitations aren't included; add them to announcements if you send many.
