Your data: where it lives, who sees it, how to take it with you
Your records, and your members' details, belong in your hands, not ours. Here is what we do with them, in plain words. The legal versions: privacy policy, terms of use and information security policy.

The short version
Stored in the United States
Our servers are in the US.
Never sold
We do not sell personal data, yours or your members'.
Cards stay with Stripe
Card and bank details are never stored on our servers.
HOA dues go to your bank
Dues route straight to the association's own bank account through Stripe Connect.
You decide who sees what
Keep things private to your account, share them with members, or make them public.
Take it with you
Download your records, and ask us to delete your data when you leave.
Who can see your records
- Private: visible only to the people signed in to your account, nobody else.
- Members: shown in your Member Portal. Members sign in with a one-time code sent to their email, so there are no shared passwords to leak.
- Public: only what you mark public, for example an HOA's governing documents for buyers and agents.
- Document downloads use a fresh link that expires in minutes, so a file can't keep circulating after you make it private.
Money
- Payments are processed by Stripe (subscriptions also by PayPal). Card and bank details are never stored on our servers.
- For HOAs, dues are paid into the association's own bank account, which the board connects through Stripe Connect. We never hold your money. How online dues work.
Getting your data out
Downloads built into the tools:
- Event guest lists: CSV and PDF
- Form responses
- HOAs: dues ledger (CSV), election results (CSV and PDF), architectural review decisions (PDF), and every file and earlier version in the document vault
Need something without a download button, such as your full contact list? Ask us and we'll send you a copy.
Changing plans or leaving
- The free plan is a real plan, not a trial. Group email, RSVPs, forms, the Member Portal and the core HOA tools stay on it.
- HOAs: moving to a smaller plan never deletes your document vault. Files stay available; only new uploads stop while you are over the storage limit.
- Leaving: download what you need, then ask us to delete your account and your data.
- Coming from a spreadsheet or another tool? Import contacts from a CSV; HOAs can import owners and units the same way.
